1. Scope and Responsible

This notice applies to the accounts, stores, courses, community and installable application of Academia Online Argentina Durán available on this site. The person in charge of the treatment is Darick Mauricio Rosano Guzman, who operates the academy, domiciled at Convent of Tepotzotlán 1, Gardens of Santa Monica, C. 2. What information we treat

• ACCOUNT: Name, mail, identifier, profile data, and protected access credentials. We do not request your password by chat.
• Purchases: Purchased products, amount, order status, payment references, download permissions, and billing or contact details you provide on purchase.
• LEARNING: Enabled courses, lessons, progress, position and video playback activity to continue where you stayed.
• Community: Entry requests, groups, visible name, posts, comments, shared files, and internal notifications.
• ATTENTION: inquiries and messages that you send by mail, telephone or chat, and data necessary to resolve them.
• Technical operation: IP address, browser, device, access and security logs, session cookies and preferences. Suppliers can generate their own records.

We do not need health data, beliefs, or other sensitive data to teach the courses. Avoid including them in profiles, posts, or queries. We do not save full card numbers or PayPal or Mercado Pago passwords.

3. What we use your data for

We use them to create and protect your account, identify your purchases, deliver files, enable courses, preserve your progress, manage groups, attend to requests, process incidents and reimbursements, prevent misuses and fulfill obligations related to the operation. We send communications of access, security, orders and attention when applicable.

Promotions are a different purpose of the service. They are not considered accepted for creating an account or buying. If we offer subscriptions to promotional communications, they will have a separate option and you can request their cancellation without losing access to your purchases.

4. Information retrieved from the previous platform

To retain the service, we may incorporate existing Academy records in Wix: profile, orders, registration to plans or courses, and access permits. Migration is not a new purchase. We do not import the original Wix password; Access recovery is done through the mechanisms of this academy. Tell us any purchase or data that does not match.

5. What you share in the community

Your visible name, posts, comments, and attachments are available to authorized persons in the group and their managers. The community is not a confidential space for advice. Do not publish identity documents, addresses, bank details or information from other people without authorization.

Entry approval limits access within the platform, but does not prevent another member from copying or capturing a post. You can edit or delete your posts based on available features, and ask for help to collect personal information. Moderation can retain evidence necessary to resolve an incident.

6. External services and recipients

• Hosting: hosting, storage and operation of the site. Check your Privacy Policy.
• Chatway: chat tool. Your component may receive technical information and use cookies when uploaded, even before sending a message. If you use the chat, it also processes the content and data you enter, according to its Privacy Policy.
• PAYPAL: When it is enabled and you choose it, it processes the payment in its environment and returns information about the operation. Check your Privacy Notice. If the method is not enabled, it is not available for a new purchase.
• Payment Market: When it is enabled and you choose it, it processes the payment by checkout pro and returns the status and reference of the operation to manage your order. Check your Privacy statement. If the method is not enabled, it is not available for a new purchase.
• Mail: The shipping service used by the academy and your mail provider are involved in the delivery of operational messages.
• Wix: Previous platform from which records of the academy are retrieved. Check your Privacy Policy.

These services may operate or store information outside of Mexico. Administration and managers access the data necessary for their tasks. We do not offer your data for sale. Any communication required by an authority will be attended in accordance with the applicable procedure. Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other sites take you to services with your own notices.

7. Cookies, preferences and installable application

The site uses cookies and browser storage to maintain the session, cart, security and preferences. You can also save the reference currency, the option to reduce movement and drafts of publications. The store can record origin information for a visit associated with an order. The chat uses its provider’s own technologies.

You can review, block or delete cookies and site data from your browser. Some features, such as logging in or holding the cart, will stop working if you block their storage. If you want to avoid uploading the chat, you can use your browser’s third party lock controls. We do not present these external technologies as necessary to study.

The installable app is a site access from your device. We retain the necessary information as long as your account exists, we must provide the service or resolve a claim. Purchase records can then be kept for commercial, tax, or rights defense. The deadlines depend on the type of registration and the applicable obligations; We do not promise to immediately delete information that we should keep.
