1. Platform and contact

These conditions regulate the use of the site and the installable application of Academia Online Argentina Durán, its store, courses and community. Please review these conditions before registering or buying. The specific conditions indicated on a product sheet or plan are part of the offer. Keep your purchase confirmation. If there is a difference, contact the academy to clarify it before paying. No clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights.

2. Account and personal access

Use an email you have access to and provide correct information. You are responsible for keeping your password protected and communicating unrecognized access. Do not share, sell or assign your account or someone else’s credentials. Purchasing and administration of accounts of minors must be made by a responsible adult or his representative.

Enter with the email linked to your purchase to find courses and downloads. If an purchased resource does not appear, send the order number or voucher through a service channel. Purchases imported from the previous platform are reviewed against your records; They do not require a new purchase to recover an already accredited right.

3. Products, prices and payments

The purchase tab and summary must indicate the content, format, price, access duration and any specific conditions. Not all resources or features advertised are necessarily available for purchase at all times. Digital products do not include physical shipping unless expressly indicated by the file.

Currently the catalog uses USD as the base currency and can display a guideline conversion to MXN. That reference varies with the exchange rate and does not replace the total and the currency of the payment. Please review the final summary before confirming. The payment provider can apply your own conversion or charges, which you should consult on your screen. If the amount, currency or charges are not clear, do not complete the operation and request clarification.

PayPal and Mercado Pago will be options only when they are enabled in the purchase. Its linking in the previous platform does not imply that it is active here. Do not send passwords, card details or payments to contacts indicated in publications of other members. A pending order does not equal a confirmed payment.

No additional renovations or fees will be charged for the simple fact of creating an account. The purchase is processed by the methods that the site shows and the access is enabled after the corresponding confirmation.

If you choose Market Payment, your payment screen shows the currency and the amount to be confirmed after the corresponding conversion. The reference in MXN of the catalog does not guarantee the exchange rate of the supplier. Check the total before authorizing the payment.

4. Delivery of courses and materials

Enabled courses appear in your personal area and downloadable files in the order or account downloads section. The mail can serve as an additional notice; If it takes time to arrive, check your account first. The deadlines, download limits and duration of access are those reported in the acquired offer. All courses are not presumed to be accessed for life.

To watch videos and use the community you need an Internet connection, an updated browser, and a compatible device. The course can record your progress to resume lessons. Completion requirements shown in a lesson must be met to mark it as completed.

The files are delivered in the advertised format. You can download them for your personal use and, when the material allows it, print a copy for study. You must not redistribute them, publish them on the Internet, resell them, delete their authorship notices or give access to third parties outside the offered license.

The academy retains the rights that correspond to its courses, recordings, texts, design and brand. The rights of third parties on musical works and other resources remain with their headlines. A purchase does not transfer commercial exploitation rights.

5. Plans, subscriptions and gift cards

When a plan is offered, your tab must specify the resources included, duration, amount, charge frequency and cancellation procedure. A recurring subscription will not be understood to be activated if the system does not offer it and expressly confirms it. An imported access is maintained according to the accredited right and validity, without creating a new collection authorization.

Cancellation of a renewal must be managed by the channel indicated when hiring. Subscriptions still billed by Wix or PayPal must also be reviewed at that provider: Content migration does not automatically cancel their charges.

Gift cards will only be available when their issuance and use of balance has been enabled. Your offer will indicate amount, currency, exchange, maturity if applicable and restrictions. It is not assumed that a previous platform code works here without validating and registering your balance.

6. Help, cancellations and refunds

If you detect a duplicate charge, incorrect or damaged file, missing delivery, or a course you can’t access, write to darickmauricio@gmail.com. Includes purchase mail, order number, problem description and, if useful, a capture without sensitive data. Do not send passwords or complete card numbers.

We will review the order and seek to restore access, correct delivery, or process the corresponding refund. We do not apply a general exclusion of reimbursements because it is digital content. The rights of revocation, return and reparation that are legally applicable prevail over these conditions.

An approved refund is processed, where possible, by the original method. The payment time also depends on the payment provider. Only the permissions related to the amount or resource reimbursed will be set; Other valid purchases are not deleted. You can use the provider’s claim mechanisms and the legal channels that correspond to you.

7. Community and publications

The community works by groups and income may require approval. Participate with respect. No harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, spam, dissemination of foreign personal data, illicit content or files that violate rights or compromise security are not allowed.

Only publish your own materials or that you can legitimately share. You keep the rights to your contributions; You authorize its storage and presentation to the members and managers of the group only to operate the community and moderate it. This authorization does not allow you to use your image or publications in advertising without an additional authorization.

Managers can review applications, moderate posts, and withdraw content that violates these rules. Depending on severity, they can restrict engagement or engaged access. When possible, the reason will be informed and you can request a review through the attention channel. A moderation measure does not automatically delete rights on purchases outside the incidence.

The responses of other members and the chat do not replace the conditions of a purchase or an administrative confirmation. Do not publish vouchers with personal data in groups to request support.

8. Application, availability and results

Installing the academy adds an access to your device. You need the Internet to study, buy and participate; Installing does not convert all videos to content available offline. You can uninstall it without closing your account. Local preferences and drafts can be lost if you delete the data from the browser.

There may be interruptions from maintenance, connectivity, or external services. In case of an incident that affects a purchase, request assistance to review its solution. The training does not guarantee a specific artistic result, official certification or professional accreditation unless an offer indicates and expressly accredits it.

9. Privacy and external services

Data processing is explained in Privacy Notice. PayPal, Pago Market, Chatway and external link destinations have their own conditions. The academy does not need your passwords for those services to give you support.

10. CHANGES AND CLAIMS

Updates will be posted here with your date. They will not be applied retroactively to reduce rights to an already made purchase. The new offers are governed by the conditions reported when hiring them.

To resolve a doubt or claim, contact the Administration first with the information on the case. Compulsory rules and claims and competent authorities corresponding to the consumer are respected; These conditions do not impose a waiver of them.
